Supply, installation and commissioning of PT-12 turbines with a capacity of 12 MW each at Cogeneration Plant in Chisinau and in Balti, produced by Power Machines at the KTZ plant, worth $ 3 million.

The object of the test is the equipment of the manufacturer of OJSC “Kaluga Turbine Plant”:

• Turbine PT-12-35 / 10M, manufactured in 1994;
• Auxiliary equipment for the turbine unit.

The objectives of the survey:

• Verification of the operational characteristics of the turbine unit to the requirements of the technical regulations and the manufacturer;
• Assessment of the state of the turbine control system and steam distribution organs;
• Assessment of compliance of vibration characteristics with technical regulations requirements;
• Identification of defects in the operation of the turbine and auxiliary equipment.

Stages of the survey:

1. Acquaintance with the operational and repair documentation for the turbine, identification of comments by service personnel, failures and malfunctions that occurred during operation and ways to eliminate them.
2. Assessment of the general condition of the turbine units and operational parameters, comparing them with the values ​​established by the technical conditions for the supply.
3. Check on a working turbine unit:
   1. The vibrational state of the turbine;
   2. The elements of regulation and protection with the removal of the characteristics of regulation at idle and under load;
   3. Verification of the operation of components and equipment of the turbine unit.
