Replacing the blades of the 30th stage of the PT-80 / 100-130 / 13 turbine.
Scope of work:
- Preparatory work:
- Development of a project for the implementation of work;
- Determination of the schedule of work, including an inventory of existing blades in the warehouse, ordering the necessary materials, parts and equipment for the work, balancing the rotor and trial connection of the turbine;
- Inventory of existing blades in the warehouse and preparation of the necessary technical documentation;
- Order all the necessary details;
- Dismantling the thermal insulation of the medium-pressure cylinder;
- Evacuation from the site of the old thermal insulation.
- Dismantling works:
- Dismantling of measuring and control equipment;
- Dismantling of regulatory mechanisms;
- Dismantling control valves;
- Dismantling of bearing caps 2-3 and 4-5;
- Dismantling the top cover of the medium-low pressure cylinder;
- Dismantling shersterny couplings of bearings 2-3 and 4-5;
- Filling in the passport application form;
- Dismantling the diaphragm guides;
- Dismantling the control diaphragm;
- Dismantling the rotor of medium-low pressure;
- Dismantling the blades of the 30th stage.
- Installation work:
- Installation of blades of the 30th stage;
- Installation of the rotor of medium-low pressure;
- Mounting a control diaphragm;
- Installation of guide diaphragms;
- Implementation of centering work according to a previously completed questionnaire;
- Installation of shersterny couplings of bearings 2-3 and 4-5;
- Installation of the upper cover of the central cylinder;
- Installation of bearing caps 2-3 and 4-5;
- Installation of control valves;
- Installation of control mechanisms.
- Works on metal control;
- Work on balancing and vibration correction:
- Balancing the rotor of medium-low pressure;
- Alignment work of bearings couplings;
- Correction of vibrations of the turbogenerator;
- Trial activation of the turbogenerator at idle at minimum and rated powers.
