Thermal tests and diagnostics of 120 MW electric generators produced by Electrosila plant.
Specialists examined the turbine generator in period from July 16, 2019 to July 19, 2019 as part of work to increase the capacity of Cogeneration Plant from Chisinau.
The survey included:
- Assessment of the condition of the end zones of the core and the identification of the weakened teeth of the extreme active steel packs by the ultrasonic method;
- Identification of local short circuits of sheets of active steel of the stator core by electromagnetic method;
- Endoscopic examination of active steel and ventilation ducts of the stator core;
- Assessment of the technical condition of the system for fastening the stator core to the housing based on inspection;
- Evaluation of the technical condition of the insulation of the stator winding, the mounting system of the groove and frontal parts based on inspection using a technical endoscope;
- Assessment of the technical condition of the rotor metal based on inspection using a technical endoscope and hardness control of critical sections of the shaft surface;
- Visual inspection of the rotor retaining components;
- Assessment of the technical condition of the insulation and copper of the turns of the rotor winding, as well as the system of its fastening in the groove and frontal parts based on inspection using a technical endoscope;
- Development of recommendations for the repair and further operation of the turbogenerator.
