Supply and replacement of a water economizer, as well as the first and second stages of a superheater of GM-50 boilers at CHPP-1 Chisinau.

Purpose of work:

The restoration of technical and economic characteristics to values ​​close to the design with the replacement and (or) restoration of any components.

Overhaul of the medium-pressure boiler unit GM-50 No. 3.

Name of works:

  • Replacement of superheaters of the first and second stages and steam chamber;
  • Incoming inspection of pipes for the manufacture of superheaters;
  • Metal control during repair and replacement of superheaters.

Scope of work:

  • Assembly and disassembly:
    • Packets of coils of the stage No. 1 assembly;
    • Packets of coils of the stage No. 2 assembly;
  • Steam chamber;
  • Drum repair (preparation of holes for connecting pipes);
  • Collector repair (preparation of holes for connecting pipes);
  • Removal and restoration of the outer skin;
  • Removal and restoration of lining;
  • Ultrasonic metal control and radiography of all butt welded joints in the manufacture of heating surfaces and collectors of the GM-50 boiler;
  • Ultrasonic metal control when replacing heating surfaces and collectors of the GM-50 boiler;
  • Magnetic powder flaw detection of all angular welded joints during installation of heating surfaces on the collectors of the GM-50 boiler.

  • Ultrasonic metal control and radiography of all butt welded joints in the manufacture of heating surfaces and collectors of the GM-50 boiler;
  • Ultrasonic metal control by replacing heating surfaces and collectors of the GM-50 boiler;
  • Magnetic powder flaw detection of all angular welded joints during installation of heating surfaces on the collectors of the GM-50 boiler.
